GoogleEdited review. When the job was finished, I was asked for a review before Francis left the premises. He stood over me while I did this and asked for 5 stars. At the time, I was happy to oblige. Now the guttering he was supposed to repair is leaking and my emails bounce back, my texts are unanswered and the phone is always switched off. Not impressed, particularly as the roof work is supposed to carry a 15 year guarantee, which is worthless if the company cannot be contacted. Not impressed.
